Today is the first day of the RuFu,Chinese has a custom that we must eat dumplings at the first day RuFu,Why do we must eat dumplings?Because when we enter summer ,we will Ku xia which means that we do not love to eat .
Fu is an important solar terms of 24 solar terms, and it is the highest temperature, damp and hot day in a year.In the past, RuFu, wheat harvest is less than a month's time.Millet loaded full house to house.People would take this opportunity to have a good meal , as you see ,dumplings is an appetizing snack food in the Chinese tradition.so there is a saying about "The First Fu ate dumplings The Second Fu ate noodle,The Third Fu pancakes and scrambled eggs".
Everybody want to convey a blessing through this way,still there is another saying,that dumpling is wing ,we eat dumplings in the first fu means blessings is in the wing.In the old days ,people would sacrifice their ancestors in the suburb and the best sacrifice is dumpling . The species and the stuffing of dumplings is also varied,such as boiled dumplings, steamed dumplings, Fried dumplings,.Fried dumpling jiaozi......When it comes to eating dumplings, I'm a little greedy.
Today I will make a dumpling of fennel. Knead the dough and put aside for 10 minutes .

and the fennel is washed, dried, chopped, mixed into finely chopped pork fillings, added to the seasoning, and then put in an egg, stirring evenly, to make dumplings.What I did today was two kinds of dumplings, one steamed and the other boiled.because I like steamed dumplings,As results I was wrong, The water boiled dumplings is more delicious, special fresh!

今天是入伏第一天,我们中国有个习俗就是,入伏第一天,一定要吃点饺子,为什么要吃饺子呢?
因为人一到了夏天,就要苦夏,不爱吃东西.伏是24节气中的一个重要节气,也是一年中气温最高、潮湿、闷热的日子。
在过去,入伏的时候,恰是麦收不到一个月的时候,家家谷满仓,人们利用这个机会,打打牙祭,而饺子在中国人的传统习俗里蒸是开胃解馋的食物,所以就有“头伏饺子二伏面,三伏烙饼摊鸡蛋”的说法。
大家也是想通过这样的方式来传达一种祈福。 也有一种说法是,饺子是元宝,头伏吃饺子谐音谐意就是“元宝藏福”,在以前头伏都要到郊区祭祀,祭品就是饺子。 其中饺子的品种及用馅也多种多样,有水煮饺子、烫面饺子、油煎饺子、锅贴饺子等。说到吃饺子,真的有点馋了。今天我给大家做个茴香馅儿的饺子,把面和好,放一边,把茴香洗净,切碎,放入剁好的猪肉馅儿里,加入各种调料,搅拌均匀。然后就可以包饺子了,今天我做的是两种饺子,一种是蒸饺,一种是水煮饺子,因为我比较爱吃蒸饺,结果我是错的,还是煮饺好吃,特别鲜!感谢大家关注我的帖子,如果你有什么意见,在下面给我留言,谢谢!
