“Los daños al entorno, la sobrepesca, o la acumulación de metales pesados, microplásticos, antibióticos y hormonas del crecimiento en los animales son algunas de las desventajas de la industria pesquera tradicional”, explicó Robin Simsa, presidente de la joven compañía con sede en la capital austríaca.
