Hong Kong Cart noodle is a kind of noodle which became popular in Hong Kong in the 1960 through independent street hawker operating on roadsides and in public housing estates in low-income districts, the hawker use small cart to carry different type of food, the cart can be stayed on one place today an other place tomorrow.
