I really love the way you photograph the different stages and explain them very clearly. Everything looks super-delicious and easy to make, and I loved your patent with the ziplock bags.
The only thing I would recommend is considering to change the oil you use. Canola oil is very industrialized and known for releasing some non-sympathetic components upon heating. I got recommendations for peanut oil (for those not allergic), olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc.
