i definitely wouldn't eat it everyday. for a korean my tolerance level for spicy food isn't very high (but probably way higher than most foreigners).
back in college i enjoyed that kinda food almost every other day.
but now it's once a week or sometimes less.

well i am from a place here in the Philippines known for having a heart for spicy food, i do really love spicy but samyang? haha it was like a torture rather than eating.. hahaha but if you want to sweat without doing exercises i think samyang is perfect.. haha
