These inputs are really Informative and mainly the "Quick Health and Kidney benefits", and in my opinion lemon juice and lemon as raw both can give really energetic essence and which inturn can maintain that active metabolism and freshness can help us to stay happy and with smile on face. Many people really avoiding these healthy stuff because they literally stuck in the rat race which really holding them towards taking right decisions towards their diet and in my opinion fruits should be priority in diet because what we eat that will make us, so let's eat super nutritious stuff and stay super healthy.
I like lemon and also my favourite one is pomegranate because, it's really great to eat it and i make the juice of pomegranate and it always taste so amazing, and the most important is, i increase my patience level while opening the pomegranate fruit seeds.

I make lemonade type frappe, with a lemon with everything and cut it into pieces, put it in the blender with water, liquefy, then I'll leave it, I'll go back to the blender more ice cube and sugar. It is very rich.
Totally agree how beneficial lemon is to our health. I freeze a cut up lemon and grate it into my chicken soup. It makes the soup even more delicious!
