Seabass in Poblano Chilli

in #food7 years ago

Hi guys!

I wonder if this happens only to me or are there more out there who after a work out session end up not only starving but with the energy to cook a nice meal to end up your day.

Well the other night after my gym time i got home and you know after sweating the crap out of myself I felt like cooking something healthy so i decided to cook the the fish I had in the freezer but my brain was stuck and none of all the great recipes I regularly see online came to my mind, so I found the following ingredients and come and decided to experiment and let me tell you I had a WOW reaction when I tried it.

I do not want to be selfish and I want to share it with you in case you feel like. it is simple and yummy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sea bass
  • 2 Poblano chilies*
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Pre-heat In a medium size pan add 2 tbl spoons at low heat.
  • Remove the chilies from the oven and peel off the skin of each.
  • Remove the veins and seeds from the chilies.
  • Chop the chilies in thin slices, mix then with the onion rings and cook.
