Indian Traditional KAMBU SADAM

Hi,Today also I give very healthy dish KABHU SADAM .

 This is very simple to make and very tasty and healthy also.

   Kambu makes an awesome option for rice. I emphatically propose you to skip rice atleast on more than one occasion a week and incorporate any millet in your eating routine. It is extremely a wellbeing elective. Exceptionally amid summer days kambu koozh is best since it just cools your body normally.

Now we go to the recipe. KAMBU SADAM :-

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Pearl Millet/KAMBU. : 1 cup

  • Water. : 3 1/2 cup

  • Salt : as required

PREPARATION. :-

STEP. 1 :-

Take pearl millet in a bowl, include required water, rub well. abandon it for 10 mins.

After 10 minutes it would be like this

STEP 2 :-

Then we take this in a blender and influence it to like a rava consistency or squash it delicately.

Then the rawa is look like given image

STEP. 3 :-

 Take this in a blender and include water. Cover and Pressure cook for 4 shriek. Stew the fire and cook for 5 mins. Hear we use 1 cup KAMBU powder and 3 1/2 cup water.

STEP 4 :-

    kill the warmth and let the steam get away from without anyone else's input. 

Open the cooker, include salt and blend well.

STEP 5 :-

Exchange the blend to a major plate, cool it gently.

STEP 6 :-

Dunk your hands fit as a fiddle the blend into balls.for this pls follow given images

STEP 7 :-

  Put aside and present with any hot kuzhambu.

Now this KAMBU SADAM ready to eat and enjoy this tasty ,healthy food.
