Recipe of Black Burger

Hello everybody today I decided to lay out how to prepare the Black burger in domestic terms! =)

For this purpose we may need ingredients :

  1. Beef of 1 kg
  2. Black rolls of 5 pc
    3.Hard Cheese 200 gramme
    4.Cabbage Pekinese of 1 pc
    5.Tomato of 2 pc
    6.A cucumber is Salted 1 pc
    7.bulb onions 1 pc
    8.Mayonnaise 3 tea-houses of spoon
    9.Catchup 4 tea-houses of spoon
    ===
    For Sauce may : need
    1.Vinegar is a table a 1 soupspoon
    2.sugar is a 1 tea-spoon
    The ingredients we have prepared.
    Now we proceed to the preparation of our burgers)

Cabbage leaves on the parse. You can instead use the chinese cabbage salad "Iceberg", but the leaves should be dense and crisp. Rolls cut in half and dry in a pan without oil.

Collection hamburger: bottom of the buns - 0.5 teaspoon of mayonnaise and ketchup - pickled onions - lettuce - tomato slices - cheese layer - cutlet - ketchup - slices of cucumber - lettuce - the upper part of the buns with sesame seeds. All together lightly press down. Classic black burger is ready!
