In my house we are always on a diet because we have overweight, especially we eat salads and soups but we look the same, lol lol. So I decided to prepare a caloric lunch for today.
Sometimes we don't have enough meat to cook and you don't want to go out to buy, I decided to cook some rice and mixed it with the meat and it happens that the hamburges grew up and resulted very delicious.
Ingredients for the hamburges:
2 cups of cooked rice
400 grams of minced meat
2 chillies
1/2 red pepper
2 tablespoon of curry sauce
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 salt at taste
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of bread crums
if you have it, 1/4 of parmesan cheese
Preparation:
in a bowl place the rice, the meat, the bread crums, the cheese, the egg and all the seasonings
mix well with the hand and let it the refrigerator for 10 minutes
I made 6 hamburges
put some oil in the pan and fry them
Ingredients for the salad:
5 potatoes cooked and cold
3 eggs cooked
onion, chives, red pepper, coriander leaves at taste
make the seasoning with 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt at taste and 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- place everything in a bowl and mix well and keep in the refrigerator to cool
I made plantains cooked with 2 spoons of sugar, 1 clove and 2 spoons of butter
I cooked them till golden
Yummy, tomorrow diet again, ¡Oh no! what shall I cook?
