This classic sweet style Spaghetti will automatically make you remember your childhood memories on the very first bite! Filipinos grew up eating alot of Spaghetti specially on birthday parties, fiesta and even for "mirienda". We can never have enough sweet Spaghetti! Yes, we Pinoys are really big fans of the sweet and savory flavor combination. Hence alot of our cuisine have that familiar taste.😊
So here's my own twist on this classic dish that will leave your tummy wanting for more!😉
INGREDIENTS:
•Pasta
•Sweet style sauce
•Cheese
•Ground Pork
•Hotdogs
•Condensed Milk
•Garlic
•Onion
•Salt
•Pepper
•Magic Sarap
Step 1- Boil a pack of Spaghetti Pasta until tender. Remember, the pasta should have that perfect texture "aldente". Not too soft and not too stiff. A good 6 minute boil should do the trick! Don't forget to add a dash of salt on the boiling water for a more flavorful pasta. Set aside for later use😊
Step 2- Slowly saute the chopped garlic and onions in some cooking oil. This will immediately make your entire house smell delicious!😁
Step 3- Add in your ground pork. Cook it thoroughly until it turns into a dark golden brown shade. A good 5 minute saute should release all that excess oil from the pork. You can even scoop some of that oil out if you wish.
Step 4- Time to add the magic sauce! Eversince I was a kid, my Mom already used this specific Spaghetti sauce when she makes her pasta. Now that I'm an adult and usually do the cooking, I still stick to this brand. It's just sooo nostalgiac!😁
Step 5- Drop them hotdog slices and season with a pinch of salt, pepper and ofcourse the eternal Magic Sarap!😅
Step 6- I really want my Spaghetti sauce to be extra cheesy, extra creamy and extra sweet! You're right, I'm just extraaaa in general😂 This is the twist that I was talking about earlier, add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. I know it sounds a bit strange to add milk on a Spaghetti sauce but trust me, this will really make the sauce alot more thicker, creamier and ofcourse add a bit more sweetness! Follow up with a good handful of shredded cheese. You want to melt the cheese in the sauce itself to be extra yummy! Who doesn't want extra cheese on their Spaghetti?😍
Step 7- After boiling the sauce for 15 minutes, it's ready to be mixed with the pasta we cooked earlier. Be extra careful when mixing both ingredients together. I actually hurt my eye on this step. The sauce got in my eye while I busy mixing. Ouuuch!😅
Transfer on to a large bowl or in my case, a leaf bowl! Ofcourse, add another layer of shredded cheese on top and violaaaa! You have your homecooked sweet and creamy Pinoy style Spaghetti. Hope you guys enjoyed and try out my version. Bon apetit!😘♥

Condensed milk, added on the spaghetti sauce? This is new to me since I only use teaspoons of sugar for added sweetness on our spaghetti. Even using Reno Liver Spread for extra flavoring. Anyway, I might add the condensed milk from your recipe @kylietorres on our next Spaghetti.... Meanwhile, craving for your Classic Sweet-Style Spaghetti pasta just now.... 😁
I also thought adding condensed milk was a bit strange at first too😁 Just give it a try and hopefully you'll like it. Thanks for dropping by!😄
