1 cup finely chopped lotus cucumber
Half cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
For dressing
2 tablespoons perillah seeds powder
One and a half tablespoon roasted gram flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground dry red chillies
1 teaspoon roasted dry pea
Method-
First, mix all the vegetables well in a large bowl.
- Also prepare a mixture of all the dressing material in the other bowl.
Now mix dressing with vegetables with a spoon so that it can be completely mixed in it. - Singzhou is ready.
