I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.
This is the 16th introduction to Korean food, and I will introduce you to Modeum Jeon today.
As I told you about the 15th time earlier, Koreans often eat Twigim and Jeon for the holidays.
Jeon is a dish that mixes meat or vegetables with pan frying powder to pan fry.
I made many Jeon, so today's recipes are varied.
◎ Wanja
Food Ingredients
: Chopped pork 600g, 1 tofu, carrot, chives, seasoning (salt, chopped garlic, pepper)
Recipe
01 . Finely chop carrots and chives, remove the wetness of tofu and mix well with pork. (You must remove the wetness of the tofu.)
02 . Make the mixed material round, and then add the flour and the blended egg mixture.
03 . You can fry on a pan with a low heat. When one side is ripe, you have to turn it over.
◎ Pumpkin shrimp Jeon
Food Ingredients
: Pumpkin, shrimp, seasoning (salt, chopped garlic, pepper)
Recipe
01 . Cut the pumpkin to a thickness of 0.7 cm, and circle the inside of the pumpkin. (I use bottle cap!)
02 . Shredded shrimp with a blender. (I put some chopped onions and carrots.)
03 . put chopped shrimp in pumpkin and prepare as follows.
04 . You can cook in the order of "02, 03 of Wanja" recipe above.
◎ Sesame leaf Jeon
Food Ingredients
: Sesame leaves, Pumpkin shrimp Jeun's mixed prawns or Wanja's mixed pork
Recipe
01 . Put the remaining material of Wanja or Pumpkin shrimp Jeon into a sesame leaf and fold it into a triangle shape.
02 . Fold out the outer side as shown below.
03 . You can cook in the order of "02, 03 of Wanja" recipe above.
Completed dishes
I made another Jeon. Please note that I did not write the recipes.
Jeon which eats with family when it is warm is delicious.
If you have not tried Modeum Jeon yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea.
Next time I will introduce another Korean food.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!!
