After enjoying the awesome First Class Lounge the Staff escorted me to my flight. The 1-hour complementary massage did wonders and I was super relaxed.
Every first-class Passenger received a First-class card (It has actually no function, but you can see which benefits you will receive)

The staff always smiles!!!

This flight was perfect, starting with the amazing First-Class Lounge and a perfect massage pre-flight and a Crew which would read every wish from your lips. The seat was very super comfortable, I prefer this old seat over the new First-Class seats. They were so much more comfy. I had a lot to eat on this flight, the caviar and the lobster were really special, I had two main dishes and the dessert.
Thank you Thai Airways for upgrading me, I love you guys!

yeah, thai airways might not have the best lounge anymore, but they certainly have the best service (with all the people smiling) i love that

Thank you for posting. Is this type of service unique to Thailand or Asia in general? A preview of trends to come?
every airline has their own unique firstclass offerings. lufthansa and some other airlines will drive you by car to the airplane. still i like the thai first, as I love thai food and the massage before or after a flight is wonderful !!!
