Lavender in doughnuts sounds really interesting. I will have to try your recipe especially that when last year I experimented with lavender ice cream, I ended up with something that tasted like perfume :( So maybe this time I should follow a tested recipe to use up lavender I have laying around :)

I know exactly what you mean about the perfume taste @knittybynature. I'd recommend starting with a very light amount if you already know you don't like too much. Thanks!
