I have never heard of such a dish, I am pretty sure we have not got that type of cheese and cream mix in Israel, and with that way of eating it - with that onions and the powder and all seems really like a thing one either loves or hates, I guess I wouldn't like it - live onions are abhorrent to me :) I also tend to spend my calories on chocolate - better than cheese heh?

I'm pretty fascinated with the process of cheese making, never fully understood it though it's mainly because I'm too lazy to check it on youtube or wikipedia, guess I'll go and check - those pictures are making me curious once again :)
