Just for those of you that didn't know! :) Seitan is actually wheat gluten that is made by washing wheat flour dough with water until all the starch granules have been removed, leaving the sticky insoluble gluten as an elastic mass which is full of good plant based protein! Happy munching!

I suppose I should've included the recipe I used to make the seitan. :) If someone was unable to make their own or didn't want to, some sort of mock meat would work. You could even probably cut up portabellas and use that as "steak" strips.
