I fancied something quick and easy but different from the usual so made some tarts with frozen puff pastry. The pack said to use egg round the edge but I used violife spread instead and it seemed to work fine. I put on a layer of pesto then red pepper, mushroom, cherry tomato's and kale. Then a bit of pepper and a sprinkle of sainsburys chedder style vegan cheese. Yum!
This puff pastry pizzas look so tempting!
I was thinking to make those soon for some cheat meal. My husband will love this!
So easy to make and you can put on the puff pastry whatever you want.
