Bugün sizlere yapmış olduğum ev yapımı köfte tarifini vereceğim. Umarım beğenirsiniz.
Malzemeler ;
- 1 çay kaşığı karabiber
- 1 çay kaşığı tuz
- 1 çay kaşığı pul biber
- 1 çay kaşığı nane
- İsteğe göre biraz maydanoz
- 1 diş sarımsak
- 1 tane soğan
- 250 gr kıyma
- 1 tane yumurta
- 1 çay bardağı ekmek içi
Bütün malzemeleri geniş bir tabağa koyun ve hepsini elinizle iyice karıştırın.
Bütün malzemeleri karıştırdıktan sonra, kıymaya fotoğrafta görmüş olduğunuz şekli verin.
Daha sonra bir teflon tavaya biraz yağ dökün ve bütün köfteleri pişirin.
Hepsi bu kadar. Afiyet olsun efendim.
