This post made me laugh, I live in Edmonton Canada and here everyone knows about pho. We actually have some of the best pho restaurants outside Vietnam. I laughed at the article bc pho is so basic here, it's boring to talk about. But obviously the rest of the world is fairly behind, so yeah if you don't already know, go get some pho fo sho. Also please try a Vietnamise sub, they're amazing.
