The most beautiful picture of the delicious recipe of the Moroccan cuisine, the name of the eaters is: Tagine Moroccan, the sardines, and here are the details of the ingredients and the way they are prepared.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of sardines, medium size
- + lemon juice
- + 2 tablespoons coriander
- + parsley
- + carrot
- + grated pumpkin
- + 3 cloves
- + 1 tomato
- + 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- + 1 tablespoon olive oil
- + 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Spices (salt + ginger + cumin + a few hot black peppers + plain red pepper + turmeric).
How to prepare:
- We clean the fish by removing the viscera and skin as desired and then grind it in the fish mill
- Then add all spices with lemon juice and coriander with parsley and grated pumpkin with carrots, garlic and oil and then mix the ingredients with the fish and leave it a few minutes.
- Put the tomato paste with the sliced tomatoes and a few spices except the salt in the tajine (you can use the tangerine when the tajini is not available), then stir the tomatoes with the spice with the spoon and put it on the fire, and then make medium sized fish and put it in the tajine (or tangerine) Then click on it to ripen.
