Gluten free too! Just what I need....GF bread is so dry! I like the tip about Chia seeds making foods cooked with them moist....might have to do some kitchen experimenting with Chia Seeds this weekend! ;)

Chia is amazing, there is so much you can do with it and it is loaded with Fiber and omega 3 healthy fat. It actually has more omega 3 per 2 tbsp than 3 giant omega 3 fish capsules.
