One of the more viral Japanese dishes to grace the internet scene in the last year is omurice. The way the egg oozes out when you cut into as it drapes over the rice, and then doused in demi-glace sauce has really made it one of the most photogenic meals on the internet.
Today I'm here in Japan's capital Tokyo, at this cute bistro that has been around since 1954, to try their signature omurice. Here are the pictures!
On top of that, we also ordered their other lunch special - their hamburger steak with a fried egg on top
An absolute adorable place I would 100% recommend!
