Hello!
As far as I know, there is a contest for recipes. But, like everywhere else, a new topic is offered every week. Unfortunately, I still did not understand what topic this week. Pancakes are over, but what started, it's not clear. Therefore, I decided to take a chance and place my own recipe of Ukrainian borsch. But, there are a lot of recipes. Therefore, I decided to stop at the dietary option.
The recipe of the Ukrainian dietary borsch
1. First we clean the potatoes, the regime with medium pieces and send it to the pan. While the water is boiling and boiling potatoes, we prepare the following ingredients.
2. First we prepare carrots and beets. The first I rub on a large grater. Beets can be both rubbed and cut with straw. Now we send the whole thing to the frying pan and fry until golden. When carrots and beets became golden, pour tomato juice (I just twist the tomatoes). Bring to a boil.
3. By this time, the potato is ready. Send the contents of the pan to the pan. Bring to a boil.
4. At this point, we need to prepare onions and cabbage. Onions I decide not too finely and roast until golden brown. Cabbage is cut identically, not too large, but not finely.
5. When the contents of the pot boiled, throw cabbage and fried onions. Cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil. Here it is important! Let's puff for about 3 minutes. Then the cabbage will remain crispy.
That's it. Borsch is ready. Now you need to let him stand a little. After 10 minutes you can pour on plates and send to the dinner table!
Bon Appetit everyone!

Hi @jurgan. The Steemit Culinary Challenge runs every week - the new theme is announced every Friday and the deadline for submitting recipes is Tuesday at midnight UTC+1. You're welcome @englishtchrivy, this person clearly loves to cook by the looks of all the recent posts, so it'd be a shame not to point in the direction of the SCC where there are prizes for cooking!

Доброго дня. Річ у тому, що я так и не зміг зрозуміти, на яку тему пишемо у продовж цього тижня. Якщо підкажете, буду вдячний

I appreciate that a lot!
А можно просто взять и сказать, что тема блинов продолжается до следующей пятницы? Неужели легче ссылки искать, нежели просто сказать: блины! Спасибо
