Ingredients
2 servings
250 grams of meat (can be cow / chicken / goat)
according to the taste of vegetables

3 tablespoons soy sauce
seasoning for soup:
2 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing

3 tablespoons soy sauce
400 ml of common stock / water
1 tsp salt

1.Prepare meat, I use goat meat from qurban .. xixi .. sliced ​​as thin as possible. Wash clean, drain and put in bowl. Pour marinade marinade into a bowl of meat, mix well. Cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator chiller for 1 hour. Prepare a skillet, pour the meat soaked in spices. Add a little water. Cook the meat until tender and ripe.

2.Make gravy: Prepare a skillet, give 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat until really hot, stir-fry ginger and onions until the onions look slightly transparent and withered. Add the bell peppers, and scallions, stir well and stir for 1 minute. Add oyster sauce, palm sugar and sweet soy sauce, stir and stir fry within seconds for the fragrant oyster sauce and sugar to caramelize

3.Pour the stir fry (along with the gravy) into the vegetable stir, stir well. Add the broth, stir and cook until boiling. Add salt, pepper and cornstarch, stir and cook until thickened. Taste the taste, turn off the stove fire. Set aside.

4.Boil noodles until soft and tender, remove and drain. Actually recipe dr JTT using Kwetiaw. Can kwetiaw wet or dry .. If you use dry kwetiaw the same way as cooking noodles in general .. If kwetiaw wet then flush kwetiaw with hot water only and ready to use noodles. Prepare a bowl, noodle / kwetiaw at the base of the bowl to taste. Flush with stir fry and black pepper goat sauce. Mix well and eat while hot.
