Ingredients:
- 200 grams of soy meat
- 500 grams of breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Cilantro to taste
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 Paprika
- 3 whole eggs
- Salt and pepper
- oil
Preparation Mode:
- In a mortar or wooden pylon we place the soy meat little by little to proceed to crush it.
- We take a bowl and as we are crushing the Soy Meat is placed in the bowl, when it is completely crushed water is placed and let stand for 5 minutes, and after minutes we proceed to remove the water, taking a sieve and proceeding to strain the soy meat, squeezed in the same colander to remove the excess water and stay as dry as possible, this operation we will repeat three times.
- Once the soy meat is well dried, we are incorporating the ingredients, the eggs, the onion chopped in brunoise as well as the paprika, the cilantro, the garlic we place the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste.
- Now we proceed to mix and stir well with a plastic or wooden spoon, to be able to combine all the ingredients.
- This is how the hamburger dough should look
- We take a bag and chop it in half, proceed to make balls and place it on one side of the bag and with the other side of the bag cover it.
With a small container or bowl that is smooth below we proceed to crush the ball of meat, do not make it very thin because it can be broken.
We take a pan with little oil and place it to fry.
- And so we have the delicious hamburger meats.
- And here we have a delicious vegetarian burger, with lettuce, tomato, precooked egg, grated potatoes, grated white cheese and ready to eat.
