Ingredients

Sponge cake (the recipe I have already uploaded before)

- For the 3 Milks 1 can evaporated milk 1 can condensed milk 200 ml Milk -For the Cover 100 gr Cream Cheese 400 gr Cream or Milk Cream to beat 1/4 Cup of sugar or impalpable sugar (Or to taste) 100 gr Dulce de Leche Strawberries to decorate

Steps

• We mix evaporated milk, condensed milk and whole milk. And we put the cake on top little by little so that it is absorbed, (the sponge cake must be in the mold where it was prepared previously covered with transparent paper)

• If you want it to be very moist you have to pour a good quantity of the mixture. Desps is covered with transparent paper and put in the refrigerator at least 3 hours to absorb it well (preferably leave it overnight)

• In a bowl, mix the cream, with the cream cheese and the sugar, until it is ready to snow, the sugar is added little by little (try the mixture to leave the desired sweetness, if you wish it sweeter , add more sugar.)

Divide the mixture in two, add the dulce de leche (You can also add chocolate, jam, or some fruit, whatever you like) and mix and leave the other,

Divide the cake into 2 and add the mixture with dulce de leche, leaving about 1cm before the edge

Put the other layer of the cake and cover with the white cream, and decorate. (The cream should be firm or slip out of the cake, if it feels too soft to put in the freezer 15 minutes before smearing it.
