Stuffed grape

Today, I will show you how I make stuffed grape, after training is great to freshen up!!! It is very simple and quick, you can make it for five minutes :-) You can use this when you have an unannounced visit of friends and do not have prepaired cookies. It is decorative and full with vitamins. It is great and for kids, if they do not like fruits because it is interesting to the eye. Instead of fruit what I put in grape, you can put any seasonal fruit.

First, whip cream with milk and a little sugar.

Then, you cut off the top of the grapefruit.

After that, hollow out the grapefruit with spoon or wooden router.

Pour a couple spoons of cream in a grapefruit.

Then clean and cut on pieces mandarin, orange, apple and banana and put them in grapefruit with cream.

After that, again pour whipped cream.

On cream you put a mixture of ground hazelnuts, walnuts and peanuts.

Then in the grapefruit you put two chocolate rolls and a chocolate candy. You can put a little tube like a decoration or use it for cream.

So, for one serving, you need four spoons of cream, one big grape, half of banana, half of apple, one mandarin, third of orange, bigger pinch of mixture with hazelnuts, walnuts and peanuts, two chocolate rolls and a chocolate candy, and one tube.

This is a great refreshment for energy recovery after heavy training. I hope you like it!!!

Neces se pokajati, stvarno ne zahteva mnogo vremena :-)

problem je u meni sto sem banana i jagoda,malina i kupina ne jedem voce, mozda neka pomorandza. Ne volim grejp ali lepo izgleda.

Ja pravim sejkove najcesce od jagode i maline, kad je sezona kupim vise i ubacim u zamrzivac, pa koristim cele godine, jagode su voce koje najvise volim :-) a sa njima moze bilo koji kolac ili torta
