ingredients:
250 grams of pasta or baked pene screw al dente;
1 sachet of tomato sauce;
200g of diced ham or bologna;
200g mozzarella into cubes;
1 cup of milk;
2 eggs;
Ready seasoning with salt to taste;
Grated cheese to sprinkle;
Parsley.
Method of preparation:
Place in an ovenproof dish pasta.
Add: tomato sauce, ham or mortadella and mozzarella.
lightly beat the eggs, mix the milk and put seasoning ready to taste with salt and parsley.
Spread on the refractory ingredients and mix.
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
