Protein has been such a hot topic for years now, and it's nice to see where the trend is slowly shifting. More and more people interested in the fitness industry are starting to understand that humans don't need excessive amounts of protein in order to have a balanced diet or even to gain muscle. As you said, we should focus more on the quality.
