Today I am sharing a delicious recipe which is being cooked all over the world but every country has their own method of cooking it. It is Chicken Steam Roast.
Mostly people prefer to eat this dish in restaurants because they think it is difficult to cook, it is not that difficult to make if you know how to make it. It is easy dish to cook, when I first cooked it, I made some mistakes due to which It was not cooked as expected. It was steamed more than its time, so second time it was cooked as expected and we enjoyed it very much. I did not cook it for many days, today i was in mood of eating something spicy and juicy. So i decided to cook it.
We are not going to use oven in this recipe, we are going to make it with steamer or you can also cook it in pressure cooker. I used the steamer in this recipe. I also used to go out with my friends to eat it in the restaurants but now we cook it at home and it is very economical then restaurants to cook at home, and healthier.
Ingredients
Chicken whole piece 1, garlic and ginger paste 1 tsp each, Cumin Powder and coriander powder 1 tsp each, red pepper powder 1 tsp, salt to taste, Lemon juice 3 tsp, black pepper 1 tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp, yogurt 1 cup, and oil 1 cup.
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in the yogurt except oil and make a paste, make deep slits in chicken using a knife. apply the paste on chicken and mix it well and then left the chicken in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Boil the water in steamer and cover the chicken with foil paper and cook it for 15 minutes. then heat the oil in pan and fry the chicken for few minutes until its color become brownish. serve it with ketchup and Raita. and you can also make French fries with it.

Oh My God, That looks so delicious.
Roasted chicken is one of my favourite of all time. If you knew Nandos, it's one of my absolute favourite that I couldn't stop myself from ordering a whole chicken just for myself. I'm pretty sure you're food lover too, check me out on @explorernations
