Hello Steemians! Are you ready to explore new foods or learn different ways to make the foods you like? That's the spirit! Let's get on with it then, shall we? I'll today show how to make beef stir-fry in just 25 minutes.
You will need the following ingredients:
. 30 ml vegetable oil
. 450 grams beef sirloin cut into 5 cm strips
. 300 grams fresh broccoli florets
. Red, green, and yellow bell peppers cut in matchstick-size, one of each
. Two carrots thinly sliced
. One onion, chopped
. One tsp minced garlic
. 30 ml soy sauce
. Baby spinach for garnish (optional)
And now for the cooking bit:
. Heat the oil in a large skillet/wok over medium-high heat
. Add the beef and cook and stir for 4 minutes or until it browns
. Push it to one side of the wok and add the broccoli, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and carrots to the other
. Cook the vegetables for two minutes before stirring in the skillet's contents together
. Season with soy sauce and continue to cook and stir for another two minutes or until the veggies are soft
. Serve hot with rice, pasta or whatever catches your fancy
