Blueberry Sugar Free Muffins!
These muffins taste delicious and are healthy and wont leave you feeling guilty after eating one! The mashed dates bananas, and berries substitute for a natural sugar giving the muffins a sweet flavour. The recipe is really simple, easy, and healthy! RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 390 degrees and bake at 390 degrees fahrenheit for 25 mins. Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls then combine the ingredients together. Line muffin sheet with cupcake sheets, scoop batter into sheets, cook for 25 mins. After cooked let stand to cool off, then enjoy!
Dry Ingredients :
2 cups flour ( I used gluten free )
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients :
1 small mashed banana
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 mashed dates
1 1/2 cups almond milk ( or any other milk)
1 cup blueberries (or any other berries you would like)
