Me And my Partner are Decided to Make A Home Made FishBall
FishBall is a Philippines Street Food.
Since we dont have a fresh fish.
we replace it by using Century Tuna.
This Is The Video While Making Fishball
This are the Recipe for 1kg Fishball
Century Tuna 1 big
Flour 1kg
Baking Powder 50g
Black Pepper 1tbsp (optional)
MSG 1/4tbsp
Salt 1tbsp
Onion 1pc Big
Onion Spring 1/4kg
carrots 1pc
This Recipe Is Not expensive
And Very Easy to Make...

Looks yummy! I also use Century Tuna to make a Tuna sandwich but I haven't tried making a fishball yet. :D
Also, as a suggestion, you might want to add English subtitles on the video OR write the recipe here in dual language (English and Filipino). The Filipino community is still small at the moment and there's not much Filipino curators atm, so having your posts in English would be more suitable to be easily understood worldwide. :D
