Today's dinner was half cooked. It was half cooked not because it was medium rare or cooking went wrong. It was half cooked becaus half of the ingredients was cooked and half was raw.
The cooked half including fish paste and onion. They were stir fried without oil nor salt. Super healthy. The raw portion was butter head.
For the plating (if this can be considered as plating🤣), green at the bottom and the cooked ones on top.
For the dressing, I used French dressing mainly for the butter heard, and plain Greek yogurt mainly for the fish paste and the orion.
A super healthy and delicious dinner!
