Consumption of Soy Oil

My husband has high cholesterol levels, I cultivate cooking with soy oil instead of vegetable oil. Is this good soybean oil?

Soy oil is a type of vegetable oil commonly used for cooking and has a good vegetable fat content. However, if you want maximum results to prevent excessive saturated fat consumption should use olive oil type extra virgin olive oil to make sauce. Use pure olive oil for sauteing. Should reduce the fried foods and replace with boiled food to reduce saturated fat intake. Expand the consumption of vegetables and fresh fruit for maximum results.
