Ingredients:
1 frozen ripe banana
1 big handful of spinach or kale
1/4 avocado
200 ml water or plant milk
1 tbsp flax seeds
Handful of goji berries as topping
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender until smooth.
