And here is what I had for dinner! Simple enough?! Ground chicken and lettuce wrap. Ok, I’m terrible at posting at current event so I better keep it short so that I can enjoy my lettuce wrap dinner.
Here it is. Ground chicken with chopped mushrooms and water chestnuts. The sauce is a cross between oyster sauce and chicken buillion. And some iceberg lettuce to wrap the meat and eat like tacos.
This lettuce wrap is simple and lite; perfect for a late dinner after an outing with some friends. Thank you for visiting and until we meet a gain, have a wonderful day.
