hello dear friends, after a hard week of university, community service and full gym that we still have to do ?? Definitely eat and rest.

here I present my dinner tonight, delicious choripanes, here in my country we call it basically is made with hot dog bread and you add the vegetables you want, in this case I put lettuce, onion, tomato, a little carrot scratched
Of course you can not miss the chorizo, which in this case, as you can see, chops them into pieces and adds a touch of pepper! (it is to everyone's liking)

the final touch is a guacamole sauce too rich !! it has to make friends, it takes very little and it is very easy to do.

INGREDIENTS OF SALA DE GUACAMOLE:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 of small head herb
  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar
  • Salt
  • basil

What you have to do is liquefy all these ingredients mentioned above little by little and if you notice it too thick you can add a little water, but just a little so you do not lose the essence! I recommend that you do it shortly before serving so that it is very fresh since the avocado is something delicate to treat. also another option may be that you add a touch of hot pepper if you like it!
