FOR TWO…OR FOR ONE…

1/2 tablespoon copra oil

2 tablespoons meal, ground into a flour

Directions:
Grease with copra oil 2 6-ounce ramekins or one 9-inch forged iron frypan.
Preheat the kitchen appliance to 375 degrees F.
In a pan, soften the copra oil and chocolate over low heat, stirring to form positive the chocolate doesn’t burn. Once sleek, stir in syrup and vanilla.
Add the rice flour, cornmeal, then add the overwhelmed whole egg and fixings and whisk till everything is incorporated. Add almond milk and still stir.
Use a spatula to divide the batter equally between the 2 ramekins or pour into one forged iron frypan if creating one massive cake.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or till a tester comes out clean.
