Great combination of food as medicine and in my opinion people should eat healthy stuff which can help us to stay away from the medicines, i think that, there is an great combination between food and thoughts, if we eat healthy food then it will give great and energetic vibes and in turn our thoughts will showcase that positive essence but in contrary, if we eat unhealthy stuff then for sure our thoughts also reflects the depressed vibes and this type of thoughts push us towards illness. YES! Love this title. I totally believe in food as medicine. I started eating sardines despite how they smell because there are just too many good benefits not to.
One thing though, are you ever careful with the fish you eat? I found out I have WAY too much mercury in my system because I was eating salmon and tuna which can have high levels of mercury.
Now I'm dealing with heavy metal toxicity. I didn't even know that was possible really until last year. So be careful!
