MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY WITH KETO/ LOW CARB MEALS- WEEK 1

Hey there guys

So I checked my weight on the 1st of January 2018 and I was shocked!... I have added on 20kg from my former weight which was 90kg and I now weigh a whooping 110kg!

I was so shocked!

There and then I decided to live a more healthy life and start my weight loss journey ...

For most part of my life, I have always being overweight and I have always wanted to loose weight to be a size 12....now is the time to do this finally.

I will be sharing my weight loss journey with my family here at Steemit, I will post the meals that I have had this week and you guys will be my accountability partner.

So I started my Keto/ low carb meals on the 22nd of January....

1st week report
I lost 2kg after the first week

I usually feel hungry towards evening, but I have resisted the urge to cheat... One week down...

Wow @intimatesecrets I am so proud of you o, I was on Keto diet before I conceived after waiting for a while. I definitely will be following up with your journey.

2 kg in 1 week is amazing! But with the keto/lowcarb lifestyle it's definatlely possible!
