It's easy but tricky! I am sure you can do it by replacing the egg whites with aquafaba. My guess is the oven as well. I think my oven is hotter than the degrees it shows on the screen. Should have an oven thermometer and check it. Thanks for your encouragement @babettxx! :-)

No problem my dear! :) I was trying to make two times vegan meringues from aquafaba and xylitol. And I made it with recipe. Unfortunately, I have falied, They dissolved in oven :( Luckily, the mass was soo delicious haha and I'm wondering about another test :)
For meringue, you have to make sure that your bowl and whisk are grease free. Clean with lemon juice or vinegar before using. Also add a pinch of cream of tartar to stabilize them. I once made pavlova and they melt as well :-D Do you buy aquafaba and xylitol online or they're available in the store? I'm very curious about them. I want to try.
Yes yes, I know that it must be clean. Every single time I buy this stuff in store, You can find xylitol on section with healthy food in every big market and aquafaba on section with preserves :)
