Ingredients
1 kg of Beef
Coconut 1 pound coconut
1 lb Turmeric Leaves
1 lbr Leaf Salam
Salt taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
Ground spices:
1 ounce Chilli curls
6 Onions Onion
4 cloves garlic
1 Ginger finger joint
1 segment of Galangal finger
2 stalks of lemongrass
3 tablespoons powder chilli
Steps
Rinse the meat and then cut to taste.
Add the meat in the pan and then spread the meat with salt.
- Blend all the spices smooth, then mix the meat with fine spices, coconut milk, a little sugar, Turmeric leaves and bay leaf. Then stir until mixed with all ingredients.
- Cook the meat with medium heat, occasionally stirring. Until the water shrinks.
- Skew meat with a fork to know the meat is tender or not. If not add enough water and cook until the meat is tender. (if I not until added water meat is tender)
- Rendang Beef ready to eat. Nyummyyyyy..
