Steps
Mix the ingredients until smooth
Grease the dumpling skin with egg white, put the contents into the skin of the dumplings one by one until it runs out, create a letter form
Fry all dumplings with cooking oil until golden yellow, remove, drain
For gravy, chicken fat gongso, garlic input, spring onion, ebi, pepper, salt and Royco, flavor correction
