ingredients

2 packs of dumpling skin, 1 pack of 11 pieces
to taste egg whites
Cooking oil, much to fry dumplings until submerged

Sauce ingredients:

Leaves onion, cut into pieces
3 packs of ebi
Chicken fat for sautéing for a while

Steps

  • Mix the ingredients until smooth

  • Grease the dumpling skin with egg white, put the contents into the skin of the dumplings one by one until it runs out, create a letter form
