Awesome post. I love that you're blogging about food from SEA because I honestly believe this region is home to some of the most delicious food on the planet while at the same time being extremely humble and prepared with inexpensive ingredients.

I'm from Singapore myself and we've got some great food here. Some of the hawker stalls here were recently awarded michellin stars! Where else in the world can you eat a michellin starred dish for $5?

    Omg michellin dish for $5? You must be kidding me? Can you give me the address I swear I will come and try. Im living in Germany but Im going back to Asia the end of this year :)

      Btw, I love how you write about SEA food, that's my thought too. Vietnamese, Thailand, and even Lao... They all have great dishes that we must try at least once in our life :)
