All Filipinos love this dish "Chicken Adobo".
Chicken adobo is a traditional Filipino dish that predates the arrival of any outside influences. This version is based on a more recent variant, which uses soy sauce for savory depth and rice vinegar for adobo's characteristic acidity. There are many different types of adobo but they all include the same basic ingredients.
There are filipinos who prefer to pair adobo and fried rice or garlic rice. It has been a trend in food industry to served adobo with garlic rice or fried rice which is also a very delightful choice.
Traditional Filipinos love to pair adobo dish in a plain rice. I personally loves pairing adobo with plain rice as it allows me to savor its delicious sauce directly mixed to rice. This pair has been an ideal choice for me. Plus a very cold glass of soda is absolutely perfect.
I have not gone so far outside my country but for me nothing beats filipino food - it's always the best and it is always improving and getting tastier than ever.
