I was talking to a friend of mine, Craig the receptionist of an hostel close to the lagoon. I mostly had a chat with him when I spend a few hours driving my longboard along the esplanade. One day we had a conversation and the new receptionist just came back from his lunch break with that delicious food in his hands! I don't remember his name, but I can tell you where he got the food from. Do you remember where Waffle & Puff is located? The IMM is there as well, just a few metres down the road. His food looked so delicious that I couldn't resist getting some too. I went to the restaurant and asked for the same as ‘the Canadian guy’ (he told me to say it like that). What’s the ‘Canadian order’ including anyways? Pad See Ew and the house made ice tea. The Pad See Ew is very delicious and paired with the ice tea perfect! The drink is made like a cocktail just without alcohol and it’s by far the most delicious ice tea I've ever had!
