What did i put in there? Well you see it all on the picture but here we go
- Chia Seeds
- Oats
- Quinoa
- Cinnamon
- Nettle powder
- Wheat germ oil
- Apple
- Banana
- AND of course my beloved coffee :)
Thats it. Pretty simple and pretty healthy. All the nutrition you need to start your day.
