Ingredients:

sour cream 250 ml
dried garlic 4 cloves
butter 100 g
shrimp 600 g
meat jelly 250 ml
mozzarella300 g
rosemary
Preparation:
Shredded shrimps are fried in a frying pan, in a little butter, until they are browned, then taken to a plateau.
The paste is boiled in salt water, dente, then drained.
Garlic slices well and mix with salt, pepper, rosemary and pour in the shrimp pan.
After 2-3 minutes add chicken soup, and when boiling, put the dish away and add sour cream, stirring very well.
In a large bowl place the lean pasta, the shrimp and the sour cream and mix thoroughly. In each dish, mozzarella abounds over the preparation.
